William M. Moore has served as Middleburg's Town Planner and Zoning Administrator since July 21, 2014. He was promoted to Deputy Town Manager on February 4, 2019 while continuing to serve as Planner and Zoning Administrator. Immediately prior to coming to Middleburg, Mr. Moore served as City Planner for the City of Winchester. He holds a Master of Science in Management from Liberty University and a Graduate Certificate in Public Management from Shenandoah University.
Mr. Moore is a veteran of the United States Army. He resides in Winchester, VA.
