Join us tonight from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm for our 1000 Miglia Street Festival and visit with the drivers and see their iconic cars!  There will be food, goodies, and warm cider - all taking place along N Madison Street.

Comeback tomorrow morning from 6:00 am - 9:00 am to show off your own iconic car (park anywhere in town, but as close to the traffic light at Madison & Washington Streets as possible) and grab coffee and pastries from Common Grounds at the Pink Box.  1000 Miglia cars depart around 8:15 with a formal "send-off."

Cherry Blossom 2 Mile Fun Run, Walk, and Pooch Prance 

Pink is the color of the day as we honor friends and survivors during this fun family event!  Our only fundraiser of the year, the 14th Annual Cherry Blossom Breast Cancer Foundation’s 2 Mile Fun Run, Walk and Pooch Prance is trail event held in the beautiful village of  Middleburg, Virginia.
The 2 mile fun run, walk and pooch prance takes place on the hilly path through Hill School, which is a great run for the whole family to enjoy.
Dogs on leashes are welcome and costumes are encouraged for both owners and their pets. Prizes are awarded for the best three costumed pooches!
Be sure to bring extra cash on the day of the event – there are wonderful vendors and participating restaurants in town who will donate partial proceeds back to CBBCF!

A parade through town to trick or treat at local business and show case everyone's costumes will begin at the steps of the MCC at 5pm. Provide by the MBPA.  Hot Dog Dinner will be provided at 5:30pm, as well as goodie bags for the kiddos.  Entry is free, bring your friends and get ready to have a spooktacular time!

The Christmas Shop

Seventy years ago, the Women of Johns Parish began the Christmas Shop as a fundraiser for Emmanuel Episcopal Church. Today proceeds still support the church and provide outreach funds for local charities. Back in 1948 many of the gift items for sale were homemade. Today more than 25 vendors from all over the country come for a sponsor preview party and three fabulous days of sales, offering men's, women's and children's fashions, jewelry, gardening books and tools, home décor, artwork, toys, soaps, and gourmet foods and more.

Nothing Beats Old Time Radio!
Get ready Middleburg, and mark your calendars now! The Golden Age of Radio is coming back November 17 by popular demand!  The At The Parish House performing arts series of Middleburg’s Emmanuel Church is bringing back two favorite old time radio shows that were popular from the 1930s through the 50s, and even into the early 60s. Our local Loudoun theatre troupe of actors will make them come to life with their voices and sound effects.  Lots of laughter and drama!
The performance is Sunday, November 17, at 3:00 PM at Emmanuel Episcopal Church’s Parish House, 105 East Washington St. in Middleburg. Reservations are recommended, but not required (540-687-6297). A donation of $10 is suggested, but not required.  Refreshments served and all are welcome!

The Weatherization Assistance Program began in 1976 as a way to combat high energy bills for America’s most vulnerable citizens. Over the years, the program has grown and is now available in all 50 states and U.S. territories. The U.S. Department of Energy grants funding to DHCD, which then contracts with local agencies to deliver weatherization services to eligible residents in every part of the commonwealth. The Weatherization Assistance Program qualification is income-based and gives priority to the elderly, people with disabilities and families with children.
