Art in the Burg returns this Fall bigger than ever, as it coincides with Middleburg's first ever Oktoberfest!  With wide-spread marketing and promotional efforts, including radio spots, we plan to pack the town! Please plan to join us on Saturday, September 21, 2019 in downtown Middleburg for a celebration of regional artists. This year’s event will include jewelry, pottery, textiles, photographs and one of kind original canvases showcasing the history and beauty of Virginia’s Hunt Country.  More information to follow.

The public is invited to hear Katlyn Grasso, whose GenHERation network, where young women and female executives connect. Grasso has been named a 2019-20 Alison Harrison Goodyear ’29 Fellow at Foxcroft School, and will keynote at the schoolwide Leadership Day, Friday, September 6 at 9:00 AM in Engelhard Gymnasium.

An Evening With Gershwin in Middleburg-One hundred privileged guests will enjoy a mesmerizing musical evening of George Gershwin piano classics and other favorites performed by internationally acclaimed virtuoso pianist Thomas Pandolfi during the September 7 Gala benefit concert for the Middleburg Concert Foundation.  The concert will take place the evening of Saturday, September 7th.   Cocktails will be served at 6 PM, followed by the concert at 7 PM and dinner catered by Savoir Fare.

Land Trust of Virginia’s 3rd Annual Tour de Conservation Easement Bicycle Event.  Taking place in Fauquier and  Loudoun Counties on Saturday, September 28th and features a 20-mile (32km) and 62-mile (100km) option over gravel and paved roads and through some private properties. It includes pit stops, food and fun!
