Thank You!The Town of Middleburg would like to thank our citizens, visitors, businesses and friends for joining us for the 13th Annual Sidewalk Sale and National Night Out last week. Both were a tremendous success and it was great to see all of the familiar and new faces around Middleburg. The Town strives to bring people to our area to visit our restaurants, businesses and to simply enjoy, all while keeping that hometown feeling and making lasting connections. Please feel free to share our events with friends and family so they too can experience the Town of Middleburg. Helping OthersOne of the most wonderful aspects of Middleburg is the small-town, community feel, where everyone knows each other and cares about each other. As such, when a long-standing member of the community is hurting, we all feel the pain. Members of the Town’s business community recently found out that our long-standing FedEx courier, Sam Coleman, has been diagnosed with lymphoma and is undergoing treatments. Helen MacMahon has set up a GoFundMe page to support Sam and his family. You may find more information at this link: GoFundMe for Sam Coleman. In addition, you may like to send Sam a card with your best wishes at 147 N. Cottage Rd, Sterling, VA 20164. Our hopes for a speedy and quick recovery for our favorite FedEx Driver! (The Town of Middleburg cannot endorse private fundraising campaigns, but we are sharing this for informational purposes in support of our community.)
