The Family Reunion Is BACK!

In 2021, the Salamander Resort and Spa brought this amazing event to the Town of Middleburg with over 300 attendees. This year they expect to double the attendance! The event takes place August 18th-21st! We expect the Town to be buzzing!

The mission of The Family Reunion is to nurture, develop and celebrate racial and ethnic diversity within the next generation of hospitality professionals. Speakers, chefs and sommeliers will delve into the Black cooking traditions that have shaped cuisine in America, share past lessons, and focus on building a better and more inclusive future.

Don't Miss Dive In Movie Night At The Middleburg Community Center!

Close out Summer with our much loved family dinner & dive in movie on Friday, August 12th! Free pizza dinner, moon bounces & a dive in movie ft. Sing 2!

This event is a part of our Doc Staffer Summer Series, which is a free event series for local families.

6:00-7:00pm:pizza dinner & ice cream served in the park
6:00-8:15pm: Moon bounces & wet slides in the ball field
6:00-8:00pm: Free late swim
8:15-9:45pm: Dive In Movie ft. SING 2

This event is free & open to the public. Donations are appreciated. Registration requested.

Mt Defiance Strawberry Cider Launch Event

We can't wait for this Sunday thanks to our friends at Mt. Defiance Cidery and Distillery!

This Sunday, 8/14, Mt. Defiance is hosting a party to celebrate the launch of their brand new Strawberry Cider!

Join them at the Cider Barn from 1:00-4:00pm for their Strawberry Cider Launch Party and sip on strawberry cider samples, play cornhole, enjoy face painting, a food truck and so much more.

The event is FREE to enter and cider and food will be available for purchase.

Artists In Middleburg

Don't forget to stop by Artists In Middleburg at 102 W. Washington St to see their newest exhibit - "Local Artists, Local Scenes". The exhibit runs until August 21st.

The Byrne Galley: Sea & Sky Exhibit

The Byrne Gallery presents three artists’ works representing both West Coast and East Coast influences in its Sea and Sky Exhibition, opening July 1 - August 28 at 7 West Washington Street in Middleburg, Virginia.

This exhibition is free and open to the public.

The Pink Box : Volunteers Wanted!

Do you like to talk with people? Do you like to talk about this great town and area? Do you like to give suggestions of the many things to do in this area? If so, volunteering and being a Docent at The Pink Box Tourist Information Center is for you!

The Pink Box is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Oktoberfest Is BACK!

Join us for our 2nd Oktoberfest Celebration on Saturday, September 17th from 11AM-7PM! Festivities will take place on South Madison St. and Federal St., which will be closed to vehicular traffic. NEW THIS YEAR are two biergartens, traditional German food, live music, and festival games. Local beer, wine, cider, and traditional Oktoberfest foods will be available for purchase from local vendors.

Town Updates

In the last week, we had the opportunity to honor two incredible individuals here in Middleburg!

After much anticipation, we were thrilled to finally celebrate Office Tim Tharpe's Retirement Party! There were plenty of laughs, tears, and delicious food (Thanks Tutti!).

Our Town Clerk, Rhonda North celebrated her 15th Anniversary here in Middleburg! We can't thank Rhonda enough for her dedication and service, and are so lucky to have her on our team!
