The Town Council of Middleburg will host a Public Information Meeting on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at 6:00pm at the Sheila C. Johnson Performing Arts Center at Hill School (130 South Madison Street) regarding possible annexations into the Town.

The Town of Middleburg has been approached by two property owners interested in annexation of their land or portions of their land into the Town through a process formally called a “Boundary Line Adjustment.” Before taking any formal steps, the Town Council feels it is important to present the details of the proposals to the Middleburg community, get input and feedback from residents, and answer any questions.

The Public Information Meeting will last approximately one and a half hours. Mayor Littleton will provide a presentation (approximately 45 minutes, including a brief break), to be followed by a time for questions and answers.

Feedback will be taken at the meeting and after the meeting. A video of the meeting will be posted on the Town’s website the day after the meeting. Additional feedback can be provided to the Town through email (townclerk@middleburgva.gov), online (middleburgva.gov/input), by phone (540-687-5152), or at any Town Council meeting during the Public Comment period
(2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at 6:00pm).
