Christmas Tree Collection
American Disposal will pick up Christmas trees on January 12th, 2022. Trees should be placed alongside the trash cart and should not be placed in plastic bags. Please also remove all tinsel, lights, and decorations.
Slavery, History, and the Law
On behalf of Mt. Zion Baptist Church and the St. Louis community, you are cordially invited to a presentation on slavery and the laws that enshrined it as well as illumination of those laws with physical documents. The visual presentation of the legal structure surrounding slavery and freedmen enhances an understanding of the institution as well as how it fits within the background to our current times.
