As a reminder, Town Code Section 63.2-8(A)(g) prohibits any type of construction activity that requires the issuance of a building permit by the Loudoun County Building & Development Department on any of the below listed holidays unless the construction activity is occurring completely within an enclosed structure AND does not produce noise in excess of 50 decibels when measured at the property line. If you suspect someone is violating this prohibition, please call the Police Department to report it while the noise violation is occurring.
