The Middleburg Town Council, Planning Commission and other Town committees periodically hold public hearings on applications or specific items to receive public input. Unless otherwise specified, the hearings are held in the Town Hall Council Chambers located at 10 West Marshall Street. Applications are available for public review in the Town Office from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, holidays excepted. Interested citizens who wish to participate in public hearings during the COVID-19 pandemic, may do so by participating through Zoom or by calling the assigned telephone (click on link for details) at the start of the meeting or by submitting a written comment through our Report A Concern Portal. Speakers are encouraged to register in advance to speak by calling (540) 687-5152.
