Permits & Forms
All Businesses in Middleburg, including home-based businesses, are required to obtain a Business and Professional License and Zoning Occupancy Permit from the Town of Middleburg.
Below are forms that you will need to fill out in order to start your business:
- Application for Business or Professional License with Rate Sheet
- Zoning Occupancy Permit (PDF)
- Sign Permit application (PDF)
- Certificate of Appropriateness application (PDF) (accompanies Sign Permit AND for any other exterior changes planned; please visit the Historic District Review Committee page for more information.)
